Becoming rural, a matter of the heart
published by Les Murmurations, Atelier Leherpeur, Paris, alongside Léon Pradeau and Tancrède Rivière
12.10.2024
On the performance of Sixtine Dubly, by Tancrède Rivière:
"Socially, delicacy is rarely taken for assurance. Yet it is: to be delicate, one must have a fairly precise awareness of one's gesture and of the framework in which it is placed. The one that Sixtine composed had the form of a paradox that speaks volumes: to unhook what she had at the same time hung up – hearts, or rather a series of states of a heart – and to circulate it among us while she read from Femme agreste extracts from the corporeal side of these hung-unhooked states. An indefectibly vegetal, meteorological and technical body, whose composite existence her poetry attempts to prolong. Not without a certain irony, a flower of pride in uncertainty."

Restitution of residency on the occasion of the European Heritage Days, at the Domaine du Rayol-Jardin des Méditerranées (Conservatoire du Littoral, Var, 83)
21.09.2024
In April 2023, the Domaine du Rayol welcomed Sixtine Dubly, artist, author, curator and journalist, for a writing residency during which she followed and observed the team of gardeners of the Jardin des Méditerranées. This residency, designed around the lexical field of the gardener, took as its points of support the tools and gestures of the gardeners in the landscapes of Gilles Clément. From this work germinated Femme Agreste, a poetic and polymorphic collection, bearer of hope in the reconciliation of Human-Flora, published by Les Murmurations. The Domaine du Rayol wishes to share the fruit of this residency around a reading of Femme Agreste by its author, in the heart of the Garden, Saturday September 21 at 2:30 p.m. as part of the European Heritage Days. This meeting will be followed by a time of discussion and a dedication of the book. Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
